Self Employment Portal offers both free and subscription-based services for:

• Tracking income, expenses, mileage, and client information
• Uploading receipts and invoices
• Estimating tax liability using a flat 20% rate
• Viewing business insights and analytics

3. Service Tiers and Access

3.1 Free Tier

3.3 Free Trial

New Professional subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled through your app store account before the trial period ends.

4. Subscription Terms and Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and billed via your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By subscribing, you agree to RevenueCat's terms of service and your app store's terms and conditions.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Professional subscriptions are billed monthly at £1.99 per month. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Professional access until the subscription expires.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through your app store account. We do not process refunds directly. Refund policies are governed by Apple or Google's respective terms.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and in-app notifications.

8. Intellectual Property

Self Employment Portal and its contents are the intellectual property of Liam Kenny, the creator and owner of the app. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee financial accuracy, uptime, or bug-free use. You agree that:

• All data is user-provided and unverified
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the app or errors in financial estimates
• Subscription billing is handled by third-party processors (app stores and RevenueCat)
• Service availability may be subject to maintenance or technical issues

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Subscription cancellations do not automatically delete your account data - contact support for account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

This app is distributed through official app stores and complies with their respective guidelines. In-app purchases are processed according to app store policies and terms.

This app is designed for users in the United Kingdom and follows UK tax regulations and business practices. Availability in other regions is not guaranteed.
